I tend to believe that there is only one way to bathe - in the hottest water your body can stand. I am bias having lived in the Midwest all of my life, enduring some of the coldest temperatures in the winter (heck, in every season some years). But warm and even cool baths offer some great health benefits as well, from mood boosting effects to hair and skin needs. Perhaps I will reconsider the scalding temperature for a cooler one….but definitely not until the summer.
