SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders. Standard shipping rates apply for orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. International shipping is offered at the rate and speed shown by each carrier in the dropdown box.

SHIPMENT TIMES
Orders ship Monday-Friday by 4pm and Saturday by 2pm. We do not ship on Sundays. Orders placed after these times will ship the next available business day, with the exception of observed holidays.

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer FREE standard US Ground Shipping on all orders, with the exception of orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. No promotion/coupon code is required to receive free shipping. We offer various expedited shipping options for the fee reflected by each carrier. International shipping rates and speeds are offered at the fee shown by each carrier in the dropdown box.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have questions about your order please email info@bathbean.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your case or email.

OUT-OF-STOCK + BACKORDERS
Out-of-stock items should not be able to be ordered, however, should an item on your order be out of stock at time of fulfillment, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.
